Seattle Washington Backyard Wedding | Brittney and Danny
I am so thankful to have been apart of this Seattle Backyard Wedding. Brittney and Danny originally wanted to have a much larger wedding with some of their friends and family. However, due to the recent pandemic like many couples they were forced to draw up a new plan. Honestly my heart has gone out to all the couples trying to plan a wedding through this pandemic right now.
Brittney and Danny decided to host the wedding in his parents backyard. Honestly when I first pulled in I thought it was a venue. There was so much room and open field, honestly the perfect backdrop for them to haveĀ a wedding. I showed up about 30 minutes early to hangout with the both of them and the family for a little bit. Brittney was getting ready upstairs while the guys were in a side room downstairs.
For the final touch up shots I had Brittney go outside and setup a mirror against a tree to help get her veil on and some portraits. Shortly after her dad walked out the front door for a first look and everyone was brought to tears. Probably one of my favorite moments I was able to photograph.
Finally it was time for the ceremony for their Seattle backyard wedding. They were surrounded by some of their closest friends and family as they exchanged vows. After the ceremony we grabbed some portraits around the property before dinner. Brittney was able to find a mask that matched her flowers perfectly. I could not believe, and it looked so good!
Family members prepared all the food on a BBQ and they shared a few toasts during the sunset. Off to the side they had an amazing smores station setup with goodie bags to go. Not going to lie I probably had four rounds before I left. We were able to grab some amazing portraits near the fire as they prepared their smores.
Thank you so much for letting me capture this Seattle back yard wedding. Honestly, it was a blast with you two and I am so glad this worked out the way it did with everything going on. All the love and cheers to you both!
